It does work wonderful. It is fast, very fast. I am approaching my garage and the reaction is within seconds.
Had to install the safety sensors to allow it closing too.
I can now monitor and receive alerts when the garage door is being opened. I can open also my garage to let the guy in that delivers stuff to my house without that I need to be at home.
Pretty easy to set up, make sure you have all the required hardware!

Excellent app, no matter where you are located in the world and the wifi is working in you garage or router station you can control your garage doors, turn your lights on, never had a problem yet.

Some bad moments
This company refuses to stay up to date with technology. No HomeKit, no home automation integration, no API. Get with it - I wish I had bought a dumb opener I could have just added a zwave module to.
We have had this opener for less than one year. The motor already has a lot of squeeks and is much louder than originally installed. The APP is garbage (!!). The door responds accurately about 30% to 40% of the time - and I am being generous in that assessment! You will need to buy a remote opener or exit your car and use the key pad.
This app has issues connecting to the server and is very unreliable. It has a habit of failing when you need it most.
The app is great when it works. I get a lot of "network errors" and have to input my information in every time I want to open my garage door. Should have just bought a button for my car.
Do not buy this garage opener. They claimed to be home kit available and they are not. Zero Stars
This app and system need to be a lot smarter. You should not get a notification that your garage door opened, if you use the app to open your garage door. Also some sort of geofencing would also be nice, again, so that you do not get notifications if you are home. Furthermore, more range and scenarios to customized notifications if you choice customize each day of the week. Lastly, please give me an option to turn off the beeping if I use the app. I use the app instead of keeping a remote in my car. This is my primary way of opening my door.
