It works for the purpose

It does what I ask it to do, most of the time. There have been a few instances where I had to relaunch the app to get the door to respond. Not sure if that is my phone, home network, or a glitch in the app. Recently it has been fine.

There was some confusion when setting up for each family member. Its not the only shared app we use that requires each to create an account.
