We use this at our vacation home and main residence. Its great. Especially if we have to let someone in.

Works awesome. Can set schedules and alerts with no problem. A+++

The software is incredibly reliable. The feature I prefer the most is the touch sign in. That way I dont always have to remember a password. Makes it so easy to open and close the garage door.

Works every time even when my other wireless devices go down! I just opened to let someone in while Im in London, UK! I love it.

Updated to the new version and tried the scheduling feature. As soon as I hit the add button it crashed. Useless feature. Nothing fixed. The alert/notifications do not always work. Very inconsistent!! PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I debated whether I should buy the "MyQ" equipment to make my garage door connected. I finally bit the bullet and upgraded and made my garage part of my connected home. Now Im asking myself, "why didnt I get this before now". No monthly fees, works flawlessly. Even reminds me if I forget to close my garage door (you can set a certain amount of minutes to wait until it sends a notification reminding you that your garage door is still open. I can then close it from anywhere with my phone. The settings also allow you to customize what notifications you would like I e customize what notifications you would like, i.e. When the garage opens, closes, left open etc.…

Where do I start? Not optimized for newer iPhones, no support for password managers and of course its impossible to paste passwords.

Thank you for adding scheduling! App works great. Please add a way to arrange doors in a particular order. Right now, my two doors show up opposite their actual order. The only thing missing is a Apple Watch app.

I have use this app now for almost a year. It is very consistent and works great!

I spend my working days in the technology sector dealing with problems. When I come home, I just need stuff to work without continually monkeying with it. This just does what its supposed to each time, every time.

We keep forgetting to close the garage door and sometimes dont remember if we actually closed it. This is a simple and very useful device which helps us overcome a headache every morning.

Have deleted and installed this app 6 times in the last 4 days. It only works on wifi and will not work on 4G or LTE. The msg indicates the while on LTE Im not connected to the internet, tech assistance will try for ten minutes and then "escalate" the call/problem with a promised return call within 24-48 hours. I sure hope I have my phone with me during every hour while I wait

This app is awesome but it isnt compatible with the Apple Watch and "home" app, which I use for everything.

If it doesnt load or gives an error message, check your connection and reboot the app. Otherwise its been great. I get notified with my garage door is being opened or closed so I know when my kids get home from school. And if they forget to close it I can close it for them.

New grid view is a welcome addition! App and bridge are easy to set-up, works well, no complaints. BUT... it could use, needs, 3D Touch and widget support. Most importantly "If This Then That", IFTTT, support! @LiftMaster @Chamberlain please add these features!!!!

Thanks for the site grouping, it really makes it easier to find items when you are managing all your familys devices. Anything you could do to reduce the latency between open and response would be much appreciated.

Works, but does occasionally display "server lost connection" and have to close and reopen app. Needs fix!
