Love the app- opens and closes door and scares my house sitters! No really, it works very well. I recommend this!

Have 3 doors. All working fine with Q Took a while after the May up grade ,but really now like the system

Sometimes we forget to close the garage door or we didnt know if we did. Being 4 hrs away from home all we need to do is open the app and close the door if we need to.

This app does all I wanted it to do. It allows me to open and close my garage door with my cell phone and sends notifications whenever the door operates.

I was one of those people who often stressed about whether I actually closed the garage door in the morning after I left for work. When I saw how affordable this opener was and what it could provide me, I jumped at the opportunity to get it. It has completely resolved that issue for me. Plus it provides me handy information as to when my kids and other guests who might use my garage door might come and go. It has never failed me, and the app with the handy "rules" and history function are extremely useful! 5 stars on this!

Works consistently for me. shows me my garage doors are open or closed. cant ask for anything more.

This app is fine, mostly does what I ask it to. I have one garage door so no complications with multiple doors. It tells me if the door is open or closed and lets me open or close at will. Its clunky, not elegant in any way, but it seems to work.

This app and the MyQ system, does whats advertised,which is fine. Open Close Status, good warnings when the door is closing via the remote. Id rather a system that claims little and does it excellently, than a bunch of bells and whistles that are hard to use or only work half the time. After all, its a garage door, not the Space Shuttle.

This app is ok but the lack of basic features like close the doors every night at 10pm makes completely disappoints. Its so simple to implement and its got everything to handle it.

I really like the app, it works well and is very convenient but my openers being the newest 8550W do not work with my Vivint system! I sure wish Chamberlain / Liftmaster would work with Vivint to get this app to integrate with Vivint Sky!!

Most simplistic feature missing... A scheduler!!! What sense does it make to have light controls if you have to manually control them??? There needs to be a vacation schedule with multiple on/off times per day for lighting. This has been asked for by many customers over the last year and nothing. You cant have software be old and expect to keep customers. People want evolving features in software and expect development. Listen to your customers!!!!!! Without customers you have nothing!!

Simple but effective does the job for a simple one garage system

It does what I ask it to do, most of the time. There have been a few instances where I had to relaunch the app to get the door to respond. Not sure if that is my phone, home network, or a glitch in the app. Recently it has been fine. There was some confusion when setting up for each family member. Its not the only shared app we use that requires each to create an account.

Cant go wrong with this unit! Love mine!

The my Q app is nice and simple nothing exotic. It does add a little sense of security to knowing if the door is open if your away.

Wonderful! So convenient to open and shut my garage door when Im not home or verify its shut if I leave and cant remember!

Ive rated the app at three stars because of the fact it is a pain to have to type in my password every time to open the garage door. How about adding fingerprint support this would make much more user friendly.

Wow people. Do you hear yourselves when you complain about this app? You used to have to click a button on your visor and now you use your phone. You can use your phone to open the garage. Did you hear me? Your phone opens the garage from anywhere. Thats pretty freaking amazing unless you are Bill Gates and then youve probably seen some other pretty cool stuff.
